About The Role

Business Assurance in Malaysia consists of 2 main service lines, i.e. Management System Certification and Training.

As Lead Auditor, Your Tasks Include

  • Perform 3rd party ISO9001/14001/45001 audits for Malaysia customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure.
  • Document and report audit activities and results.
  • Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system.
  • Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers.
  • Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team.
  • Conducting ISO9001, ISO14001 & 45001 courses.
  • Provide sales support when required.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Currently conducting 3rd party audits with minimum of 5-year experience in quality management system.
  • Currently qualified as an Auditor of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and/or at least 5-year experience of QHSE management systems in industries, such as Oil & Gas, petrochemical and other industries.
  • Experience with different industry types, able to be qualified for multiple NACE codes.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence.
  • Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines.
  • Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management.
  • Willingness to travel and work around SEA and other locations.
