Driver cum Service Crew

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver cum Service Crew member to join our team. This role involves both driving duties and assisting in service operations. Responsibilities include transporting catering equipment, food items, and staff to event locations, setting up service stations, and providing customer service during events. The ideal candidate is punctual, has good communication skills, and is committed to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Load and unload food containers, equipment, and other items from the delivery vehicle.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition, as well follow all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
• Assist with setting up catering equipment and food displays at event locations when needed.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to customers and serve customers in a timely and efficient manner if required.
• Assist in daily café operations, including taking orders and handling payments.
• Provide customer service and assist the Operations Manager as required.
• Adhere to company policies, including food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

Job Requirements :

• Valid D/DA license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
