As a Leasing Director, you will lead the strategy within the leasing activities within the business covering the Central region. As part of this crucial leadership position, you will focus on developing business plans, driving growth initiatives, managing key relationships, and collaborating with legal teams to negotiate leases.

Your new role

As the Leasing Director, you will oversee leasing and sales operations within a diverse portfolio including:

• Formulate and execute strategic leasing plans that align with organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and tenant demographics to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and enhancement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, brokers, and property owners, to facilitate successful leasing outcomes.
• Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favourable terms that benefit both tenants and the organization.
• Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track leasing effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in leasing management and or property sales
• Deep understanding of property management, market trends, and legal framework
• Strong strategic capabilities and internal / external stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
