If you are looking to grow in an enriching career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Associate, Policy Servicing_System and Product Support.

Job Description :

  • To attend enquiries and issues highlighted by business users via UIP Support common mailbox and by Agent via Gesica common mailbox.
  • Support technical issue related to login to eConnect and perform UAT testing for system enhancement.
  • Escalation of eConnect issue to IT and the relevant team for investigation and resolution. Including monitor and track testing progress and ensure defects and reported timely for fixes.
  • Coordinate and work closely with SMEs, stakeholders to close the issue.
  • Act as a key liaison person with IT, System Support team, project team, respective process owners, and other departments’ stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

The Person:

  • Possess either Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administrative or any related field(s).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience. Experience in the insurance/financial service industry would be ideal.
  • Positive communication and customer relation skills.
  • Committed and flexible attitude. Honest and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and is tech savvy.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
