  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Yes Ambassador at YTL Communications in Sungai Buloh. The Yes Ambassador will be responsible for promoting and educating customers on the company's converged 5G/4G services, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services and products
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
