About The Role
The In-Room Dining Coordinator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests.
What You Will Do
- To have the ability to answer the incoming call and offer guests a pleasant experience on the phone providing the standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- Required to have knowledge of the type of food and beverage served in the resort and be able to discuss it efficiently with the guest.
- Able to handle guest requests, complaints and concern and address them immediately with the supervisor.
- To be well versed with all Food and Beverage offerings in the outlet and be able to confidently discussed other F&B areas with guest confidently.
- To maintain the coordinator room in a neat and tidy condition at all time
- An outgoing personality with can-do approach to an assigned task .
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and beverage.
- A background in luxury resorts and hotels is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality.
- A good command of English.
