Job Responsibility
- Provide consultation regarding relevant projects through telephone, email, online chat, and other communication channels.
- Solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation records of customer interactions.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Understand and address customer needs promptly.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback.
- Relay customer needs and suggestions to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Participate in basic community building efforts.
- Conduct periodic user return visits.
- Handle user operation audits as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Education: bachelor's degree preferred, computer science, finance, business management and other related majors preferred.
- Experience: more than one year of customer service experience in related fields, those without experience need to be interested in fintech, blockchain or related fields.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
- Language: Good command of Mandarin and English. Strong learning and communication skills.
- Attitude: proactive, able to adapt to the fast changing environment; team player able to provide high quality and professional support to customers with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Good at summarizing problems.
