Job Description :-

You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
  • Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:

Good communication skill in Korean Language. (Non-Natives need to possess TOPIK 4 or above)

Good English communication will be advantage for this position.

Able to relocate to Malaysia

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday)

Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)
