The Position

The Opportunity

As a delegate to the Product Manager (who is product accountable person) System Owner:

  • Takes responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance and system validation in CSV and GxP environments
  • Responsible for the availability, reliability, support, maintenance and data security of a computerized system.
  • Responsible to ensure the computerized system is supported, maintained and changed in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Manages validation, compliance, system maintenance and risk mitigation for the system
  • Ensure the availability of information for the system inventory and configuration management
  • Acts as an approver for key documentation as defined by specific system plans and procedures
  • (On delegated authority from Product Manager) acts as a first point of contact for system audits and inspections


Who You Are
  • Someone has experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Computer System Validation (CSV) and compliance for GxP systems
  • Ability to influence and ensure efficient and effective delivery of operational plans
  • Knowledge on customer service standards and ITSM processes
  • Knowledge and experience defining and controlling SLAs, KPIs and contract management
  • Significant experience working with virtual teams in a cross-functional organization
  • Demonstrates customer, quality, cost, and delivery focus
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively including Conflict Management
