Responsibility

  • Manage all incoming calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, while also handling outgoing emails related to product information and order updates. Provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat for immediate responses to their questions.
  • Receive and confirm customer orders through the app or phone, ensuring all details (delivery address, order items, special requests) are accurately recorded.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries regarding order discrepancies, such as missing items, incorrect orders, or delivery delays.
  • Solicit feedback from customers after order delivery through follow-up emails or in-app surveys to gather insights on their experience.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs during interactions to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM and above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in reading and writing traditional Mandarin is a must
  • 24 Hours rotational shift (9 Hours including 1 hour break)Â
  • 5 Workdays and 2 Rotational Off day including working on weekend and public holidays.
  • Passionate on customer experience related tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
  • Available to start work on August 2024 (August)

Job Benefits

  • Salary Package: RM3000 + KPI ALLOWANCE UP TO RM400 + NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE UP TO RM 300
