  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are currently looking for a talented Technical Sales Engineer for an European MNC that specializes in PVC and Plastic manufacturing company.

Reporting to: Technical Service Manager

Location: Selangor

the role

  • Responds to technical inquiries from distributors or customers by providing guidance on formulations, process information, and assistance during production trial runs.
  • Monitors regulatory updates within the designated area and informs the Technical Service Manager accordingly.
  • Updates, familiarizes with, and documents all norms and standards for various product criteria based on application and location within the region.
  • Assists in handling customer complaints by:
    • Gathering information from the customer or Sales & Marketing team regarding the issue.
    • Arranging for sample collection from the customer and discussing the next steps with the Technical Service Manager.
    • Providing periodic feedback to the Technical Service Manager on the resolution of the complaint.
  • Participates in product development or modification to meet customer requirements as assigned to the cluster group.
the requirements

  • Diploma degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
  • Skill & Knowledge in one of the operation/principle of fabrication machinery/equipment (Extruder/Two-Roll Mill/Hot Press/Injection molding machine, high speed mixer etc.)
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills.
