Mission

The mission of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent for Primal. This role focuses on optimizing the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting onboarding efforts to integrate new hires effectively into the company culture. The specialist will also build a robust talent pipeline and continuously improve Primal's HR processes.

Accountabilities

  • Time to Fill: Securely fill open roles within the designated timeframe, leveraging LinkedIn, social media groups, and job boards as needed.
  • Quality of Hire: Ensure that all new hires successfully pass probation and achieve high retention rate post-hire.
  • Onboarding: Support training and development for new hires during their first 90 days, ensuring thorough understanding of company processes and basic skills.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding stages, preventing any negative reviews or feedback.
  • Build Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for each role, keeping an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.
  • Process: Adhere to and refine Primal’s talent acquisition and HR processes.
  • Admin Assistance: Provide administrative support to various teams as needed.
