Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer guidance on product configurations.

- Operating Systems: Strong proficiency in administering Windows and Linux/Unix, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Networking Protocols: A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, with hands-on experience configuring firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Virtualization Technologies: Practical experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM for managing virtual environments.
- Scripting Skills: Advanced skills in scripting with PowerShell (for Windows automation) and Bash (for Linux automation) are advantageous for task automation.
- Hardware Management: In-depth knowledge of RAID configurations and hardware troubleshooting offers a technical edge.
- Additional Experience: Familiarity with GenAI tools, gaming, Google Workspace, and the Discord API is a notable plus.
- DIY Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in building custom PCs is a valuable technical advantage and demonstrates practical expertise.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications:
- Education: Must have Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 50 WPM for 30 second test via MonkeyType.
- Driving License: Candidates must possess a valid Malaysian car license and have at least one year of driving experience, as driving is required for data center maintenance.
- Working Experience: No prior experience needed; training will be provided. Training: On-the-job training and mentorship during probation, with senior team members guiding you. Own computer required for remote probation.
