Logistic Business Sales Support
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal development, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and ability to work effectively under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Description Solutioning Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing commercial responses/submissions for all tenders and bid opportunities.
• Fully understand the solution portfolio; collaborate with Product Team and Sales Team to ensure comprehensive and competitive solutions are proposed to customers.
• Manage information and gather data to capture business requirements, service needs, and project scope. • Support in quoting competitive rates to secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to prospect, close, and expand customer base.
• Manage bid submissions, coordinate pricing, and collaborate with team members to prepare proposals/quotations for customers.
• Attend to rate requests, closely follow opportunities, and ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
• Utilize various tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and others for reporting and communication purposes.
• Provide progress updates and reports to management.
