Managing Ecommerce marketing team (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Facebook), create weekly and monthly promotion plans, and ensure that the team executes according to the marketing plan.
Maintain good relations with various Platform Relationship Manager, KOLs & KOCs.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape and translate these insights into actionable marketing plans.
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies (including marketing campaigns, sales enablement and channel partnerships) which aligned with overall company objectives.
Analyze sales data and understand market pricing, costs and margin profit to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging and differentiation.
Manage customer feedback and inquiries through various ecommerce platforms and enhance customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices in marketing and provide recommendations for innovation and continuous improvement.

Candidate should possess at least SPM or equivalent
Have at Least 2 Year Working Experiences in Any Senior Marketing Position
Ability to Work as part of a team and Take Initiative Independent of Direct Supervision
Good Communication and Writing Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to Multitask, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively
Willing to Take Challenges and Responsibilities in Work
Patience and Attentiveness, Able to Resolve Conflict, Positive Attitude, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving and Ability to Work Under Pressure
