Job scopes:

  • Independently initiating new projects by defining project scope, objectives, operational cost and deliverables. This includes gathering requirements, engaging with stakeholders and developing project plans.
  • Communicating with key stakeholders (internal/external), including operation, sales team, finance, other departments & external vendors, to manage expectations and address any issues or changes.
  • Forming NDA, protecting the confidential information and encouraging open communication to prevent misuse of information in facilitating engagement relationship.
  • Setting up MOU, outlining the intentions and agreement between parties in clarification of roles and responsibilities as foundation for future agreements.
  • Establish SOP, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
  • Securing Contract, creating a formal agreement between parties that enforceable by law which clearly outline the terms and conditions, obligations, responsibilities in protecting the rights and interests of parties involved.
  • Ensuring project initiation and planning adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to establish a strong foundation for execution.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients to enhance collaboration and ensure the successful execution of the projects.
  • Overseeing the project team to ensure that orders, internal/external inquiries, audit queries and submissions to government authorities are delivered on time.
  • Effectively communicating with operations / sales teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, address any concerns, and provide timely updates.
  • Responsible for producing progress reports and updating information during meetings.
  • Work with marketing to create campaigns and digital ads for lead generation within budget, and work with IT teams to enhance and develop user-friendly systems.

  • A risk assessor – able to identify potential risks and liabilities, make an informed decisions based on comprehensive information, researching and analysing financial records, legal matters, and other relevant information before entering into an agreement.
  • A knowledgeable – able to ensures that project is compliant with the applicable laws and regulations.
  • A multitasker – able to work on concurrent assignments with no reduction in quality
  • A brainstormer – able to actively engages in generating a variety of ideas.
  • An empowered leader - enables staff to take initiative and make decisions with clear and compelling vision that motivates others.
  • Outcome driven – able to translate KPIs into key actions which contributes to the company’s objectives.
  • A person who is able to work independently with very little supervision, and able to move forward ways on how to do things effectively and efficiently.

Advantages:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with minimum 3 years managing a team > 5 staffs
  • Graduate Degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing)
  • Experience in manpower services, especially foreign worker, will be added advantage
  • Attention to detail, self-starting and a keen problem solver
  • Comfortable with MS suite (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Early adopter with the latest technology and innovations.
