As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the People & Culture team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to assisting with onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job platforms, company website, and social media channels.
  • Ensure job postings are accurate, appealing, and aligned with company branding.
  • Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Shortlist candidates for further evaluation by the recruitment team.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process and ensure timely communication.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and organising recruitment materials.
  • Maintain and update the database of potential candidates, tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
