Purpose of Position (Summary):

The IT Support Specialist is required to support MSA Associates and Departments across APAC (Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, China, HK, Taiwan) in relation to all aspect of End User Computing (EUC)

This position is required to work closely with the Corporate IT Organization regarding hardware and software standards, configurations and with regards to all Information Security activities. Ensuring all EUC standards and policy are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • 5 – 10 years of help desk EUC experience
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Wintel client Operating Systems and Applications
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills relating to hardware and software.
  • Working knowledge of PC Imaging Processes and Software Deployment tools
  • Working knowledge of centralised ITSM tools
  • Working knowledge of basic server room datacentre standards
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Network systems
  • Good communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain productive customer relationships
  • Firewall and/or Router troubleshooting experience.
  • Cisco Networking experience
  • VMware and ESXi Administration experience
  • File and Printer Server administration experience
  • Full Office365 stack
  • Azure AD
  • Active Directory & GPO
  • Able and willing to travel as required.
  • This role may require as much as 5% travel time

Education:

  • Degree in Information Technology
  • ITILv4 Foundations certificate (Bonus to have)
  • CCNA certificate (Bonus to have)
  • Microsoft 365 certification (Bonus to have)
