    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media Tiktok,Shopee and Lazada ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO). Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

      Content Creation & Management:

      • Develop and manage content for social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences. Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

        Social Media Management:

        • Oversee and manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers. Stay updated on social media trends and implement new features or platforms to increase brand visibility.

          Analytics & Reporting:

          • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

            Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

            • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Use insights to inform campaign strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

              Budget Management:

              • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns. Monitor spend against budget, providing regular updates to senior management.

                Collaborate with the team to develop marketing and content marketing campaigns.

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years managing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and website management.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Able to speak fluent in Mandarin and English
