Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for Human Resources Management and Administration matters and functions for the Group.
  • Manage and lead the Recruitment and Selection process for the Group.
  • Drive and lead the Training & Development Plan for the Group.
  • Manage and lead 5S compliance, chair, audit, and assess the implementation of 5S principles within the Group.
  • Oversee and assist in Foreign Workers matters.
  • Conduct Internal Training for all staff on the Company's Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Culture.
  • Organize and plan Team-building Training for the Group.
  • Check and verify the monthly payroll, overtime, claims, and monthly statutory contributions for the Group.
  • Lead and oversee Employee Welfare and Employee Engagement (coordinate events, monthly birthday celebrations, season's greeting parties, lobby decoration, etc.).
  • Develop and monitor the overall Group HR system, policies, procedures, processes, and tactics.
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 audits and compliance.
  • Conduct career talks or connect with colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
  • Monitor the KPI set by the MD.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by the GMD.
  • Manage and lead Anti-Corruption efforts.
  • Manage and lead compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
  • Manage and lead the utilization of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • Proven working experience as Group HR Manager for a minimum of 5-10 years.
  • Able to read, write, and speak well in Mandarin.
  • People-oriented and result-driven.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources system.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Willing to work at Kapar, Klang.
