Managing the entire day-to-day warehouse & logistic operations:- All the stock arrangement and storage according to FIFO within the warehouse
- The non-stock materials neatly and in a systematic manner
- Manage the daily delivery route optimization system and allocation of lorry drivers & warehouse attendant
- Manage the daily delivery fulfilment for all sales channels (local and outstation)
- Manage inter-outlet stock request across all sales channels (local and outstation)
- Manage the warehouse premise and physical assets
- Manage the repair and maintenance of the cold-rooms, vehicles, and forklift
- Update and report stock level and stock variance to senior management
- Manage incoming shipment/container
- Manage the warehouse and vehicles security system.
- Manage people, petty cash, administrative work processes and other resources within warehouse
- Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures and constantly find ways to optimize the warehouse's workflow
