Description

  • Take charge and deliver core end to end HR Operations excellence in an effective and efficient manner including onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance management, expats management, compensation and benefits, performance management, contract renewals, HRMS, HR reporting etc. to ensure all the SLAs are met by maintaining the employees’ data system.
  • Manage seamless employee lifecycle from hire to retire, updating the employee file and information, ensure documentations are kept with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts in compliance with Malaysian law. Ensure proper record keeping of employee data and documents, maintaining confidentiality and security as required by law.
  • Act as a liaison to government agency on behalf of the Company and expats.
  • Coordinate with new and existing expats on application, renewal and cancellation of employment pass.
  • Establish a strong rapport and have a regular communication with the stakeholders and expats regarding the HR Operations matter, relocation and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.
  • Monitor payroll information and ensure timely submission of payroll report, ensure on the accuracy.
  • Monitor and process expenses and reimbursements.
  • Lead and drive the enhancement of HRMS, benefits, vendors and programs to ensure it is competitive and processes are effective and efficient.
  • Lead and drive of ongoing and implementation of HR projects, policy and process improvement ensure its compliance.
  • Ensure the compliance of Company, labor, legal and government reporting requirements.
  • Develop, lead and drive relevant HR related policies, documentations and reporting, act as the custodian and guide stakeholders accordingly.
  • Oversee daily HR Operations ensuring no delay and carry out tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma/Bachelor’s degree/ Post graduate diploma/ professional degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office software and Employment Act 1955 and its amendment.
  • Experience in liaising with government agency such as LHDN, MDEC etc.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities, self-starter and adaptable to change in fast paced environment.
