Role Description

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant , based on-site in Johor Bahru. The incumbent is responsible for the timely and smooth running of the operational aspects of the JB office.

Qualifications

  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences / Finance or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Contractual position. Well performing incumbents will have the opportunity to be converted to permanent position

Job Description:

Responsible for performing verification on education and past employment records

Assist to prepare e- Pfile of new hires and enter and update information into HR databases and systems.

To verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies.

Enter payroll data accurately and efficiently into the payroll system.

Verify employee timecards and attendance records for accuracy.

Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and commissions as per company policies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.

Handle office communications, including emails and sending reports.
