  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Near Kerinchi LRT Station)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve business and financial system by studying current practices and recommending intelligence system to meet the business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes without compromising financial controls, rules and regulations compliance..
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvements and recommend solutions to streamline processes and enhance system functionality
  • Work closely with IT and Digital team and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery within scope budget, and timeline.
  • Stay informed about SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving business’s process and deploy the right technology (such as RPA, AI, ML,iOT and etc) to eliminate problems that affect productivity, output, distribution, and ultimately, the bottom line.
  • To implement new process improvements by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Project Management : Analyse the process and requirement of biz, Develop user guide together with consultant, Prepare test scripts with user and consultant, Prepare relevant data for system configuration, Change agent for project

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
  • At least 2- 3 years of working experience in SAP system implementation (full cycle) and experience in business system analyst is added advantage
  • Knowledge of S4HANA FICO / SD / MM are added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, matrix and multi-cultural environment
  • Highly analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL and Business Objects)
  • Commitment to deadlines.
