- To prepare monthly salary payroll, payments and banking-in of salary
- Assist in preparation of HR related correspondence and documentation, update and maintain employee's database, information and to organize proper filing and record keeping
- Provide periodical reports and analysis
- Assist in other Human Resources function and general matters as and when required.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time
- Applicant must be a Malaysian
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Ready to work is preferred
- Relevant experience in handling payroll system is preferable
- Able to communicate and build up rapport with other departments
- Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia( both verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A pleasant personality, patience, proactive, self-motivated and creativity
- Computer literate and well versed in MS Office
- EPF / SOCSO / EIS contributions
