  • To prepare monthly salary payroll, payments and banking-in of salary
  • Assist in preparation of HR related correspondence and documentation, update and maintain employee's database, information and to organize proper filing and record keeping
  • Provide periodical reports and analysis
  • Assist in other Human Resources function and general matters as and when required.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time
  • Applicant must be a Malaysian
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Ready to work is preferred
  • Relevant experience in handling payroll system is preferable
  • Able to communicate and build up rapport with other departments
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia( both verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A pleasant personality, patience, proactive, self-motivated and creativity
  • Computer literate and well versed in MS Office
