  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and the preparation of sales materials.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring that inquiries and requests are addressed efficiently.
  • Assist in keeping customers informed about relevant updates, promotions, and order statuses.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in multiple languages with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and interact with customers when necessary.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using business communication tools and software for order management and coordination.
