- Provide comprehensive support to sales executives by managing customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company protocols.
Order and Delivery Coordination:
- Oversee the coordination of order fulfillment, including liaising with logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor payment statuses and ensure all financial transactions related to orders are processed smoothly.
Administrative Assistance:
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation for sales orders and customer transactions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and the preparation of sales materials.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring that inquiries and requests are addressed efficiently.
- Assist in keeping customers informed about relevant updates, promotions, and order statuses.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in multiple languages with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and interact with customers when necessary.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using business communication tools and software for order management and coordination.
