Job Description

We are looking for Community Relations Manager to help us build meaningful connections with clients and stakeholders. This role combines relationship management, sales, and organizational skills, and is perfect for someone passionate about education and making a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients. Confidently engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders to establish trust and strong partnerships
  • Assist in sales activities by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering our client's services
  • Help education consultants in client consultations, taking detailed notes, and following up on cases to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their journey, providing timely updates and ensuring all their needs are met
  • Leverage HubSpot to manage client data, track sales pipelines, and automate follow-up processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or related field
  • Min 7 years of experience in community relations, client management or sales, preferably within the education or consultancy sector
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Hubspot
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese is required
  • Strong memory and detail-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a high sense of integrity
