In this position, you'll are required to:- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
To excel in this role, you'll require:- Able to converse fluently using Mandarin and English
- Able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Working Hours： 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working
- Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply
IT would be fantastic if you possess:- Six months or more of customer service experience
