  • Preparing food following SOP and recipes.
  • Cleaning and preparing all basic food items, including washing, cutting, portioning, packing, keeping.
  • Handling, storing, labelling, and rotating food products properly following FIFO and food handling regulations.
  • Keeping work station and kitchen area clean and organised.
  • Assisting kitchen closing following kitchen work checklist.
  • Reporting of food quality or shortage issues to Supervising Chef/Manager.
  • Following kitchen and food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • LOCALS ONLY.
  • MUST have prior kitchen experience, training will also be provided.
  • MUST be able to speak and understand English.
  • Minimum 45-hours/week.
  • Expected to work weekends & public holidays.
  • Able to work SHIFT and OVERTIME.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, positive team player.
