- Preparing food following SOP and recipes.
- Cleaning and preparing all basic food items, including washing, cutting, portioning, packing, keeping.
- Handling, storing, labelling, and rotating food products properly following FIFO and food handling regulations.
- Keeping work station and kitchen area clean and organised.
- Assisting kitchen closing following kitchen work checklist.
- Reporting of food quality or shortage issues to Supervising Chef/Manager.
- Following kitchen and food safety and sanitation regulations.
- LOCALS ONLY.
- MUST have prior kitchen experience, training will also be provided.
- MUST be able to speak and understand English.
- Minimum 45-hours/week.
- Expected to work weekends & public holidays.
- Able to work SHIFT and OVERTIME.
