At SISA, we are in hypergrowth mode, and our Leadership team is driving us through the cybersecurity domain in pursuit of excellence and revenue achievements. We now come to you with the role of Sales Consultant, who would play a dual role in driving both operational efficiency and generating leads for the sales team. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, reporting, and leading lead-generation strategies to help grow the sales pipeline. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up meetings with potential clients, contributing to the smooth handoff between marketing and sales, and supporting the sales team’s success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improving sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and target potential customers through research, data analysis, and prospecting tools.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns (both inbound and outbound) in coordination with marketing and sales.
  • Establish and manage lead scoring models to qualify leads effectively.
  • Create processes for lead nurturing and follow-up, ensuring alignment between marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Manage lead hand-off process from marketing to sales, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.
  • Contact and engage potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Ensure meeting preparation by providing relevant client background, pain points, and insights to the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to confirm meetings and nurture relationships.
  • Track lead generation performance through detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Provide insights to marketing and sales teams on campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyse customer data and market trends to refine and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Assist the sales team with lead management, pricing, contract preparation, and opportunity tracking.
  • Work with digital marketing, content, and email campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Analyse sales data, pipeline metrics, and forecasting to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills Requirements:

  • Overall 3+ years’ experience in sales or sales operations role.
  • Working experience of background in Cybersecurity Sales in an added advantage.
  • Experience in sales lead generation, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and MIS reporting tools.
  • Experience of working in CRM
  • Proven understanding of sales processes, lead management, and qualification techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams (sales, marketing, finance).
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in setting up meetings and maintaining schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in selling to Banking & Financial domain is an added advantage.
