Job Summary:

The Sales / Service Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales/ Service team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and enhancing the productivity of the sales department. This role involves coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service. Location will be at Uptown One Damansara.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales in preparation, submission and responding to tender or RFQ.
  • Prepare the customer order form & update the tracker.
  • Create the sales order in SAP with support from sales and project team.
  • Maintain, update and report sales order.
  • Assist in RMA
  • Request release of Delivery Note, with approval if needed.
  • Compile customer acceptance documentation for submission to Finance department for invoicing.
  • Maintain and update customer master listing.
  • Maintain and update customer payment and credit term for approval.
  • Submit new customer registration application for approval.
  • Maintain and update selling price for approval and uploading into SAP.
  • Other sales coordination and administration works.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in sales support or administration in the Telecommunications and Data Centres, preferably.
  • Strong organization and administration skills.
  • Good negotiation skills with excellent communications skills in both verbal and written.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Application
  • Experience in SAP is preferable.
