Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee the maintenance of organizational architecture (OA), including the collection of data, amendments to organizational structure, and updates to position hierarchies.
  • Manage the process of revising and creating the Organization Chart: receive requests, gather relevant data, liaise with Heads of Departments (HOD) for necessary amendments, secure approval from top management, and ensure the publication of the updated chart.
  • Strategize, propose, and implement employee training and development initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
  • Administer Learning & Development (L&D) programs by HRDC regulations, fostering a culture of continuous employee development.
  • Monitor and manage the HRDC fund, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with HRDC rules and regulations.
  • Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities, including company events and team-building initiatives, to enhance workplace morale and cohesion.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including the management of the employee handbook. Enforce company and departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process for employees within the Malaysia organization, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by senior management.
  • Provide support across various HR functions to ensure seamless operation and policy implementation.
  • Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments to optimize team productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English would be preferable due to the report line involving China & Thailand offices.
  • Bachelor's or degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, or other related fields
  • Proficient in computer skills especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
