- Developing/Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business of Offset Packaging Boxes, POSM/POP Display
- Running outbound campaigns (face-to-face or virtual meeting, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Utilize social media networks such as LinkedIn and other sites to engage clients.
- Organizes, categorizes, and prioritizes sales leads and collects market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customers needs
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships to maximize business sales and target with potential clients
- Following-up on timely manner with potential clients to ensure lead conversion
- Developing rapport business network with key decision makers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Diploma/ Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Development discipline.
- 2 years working experience in business developing/sales focused job duties specifically in Offset Packaging Boxes, POSM/POP Display Industrial.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Must possess sufficient communication skills, written and oral, to complete all assigned goals and work with customers.
- Expertise in client communication and problem-solving
- Successful background in prospecting for new business as well as account management retention and growth.
- Must be able to work independently completing assigned goals
- Must be adaptable in flexibility to perform work within changing priorities and possess sufficient interpersonal skill to work harmoniously with customers.
