The Opportunity

  • Design and deliver a talent acquisition strategy that crafts a distinctive and compelling employment value proposition; determines the ideal operating model (outsourced, insourced, hybrid, panels etc.); identifies talent pools to target and the best online and other channels to access these; establishes a set of metrics, reflective of the strategy, for which targets can be set and against which performance improvement can be gauged
  • Direct and manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for senior leadership roles. Lead talent mapping of external senior and executive talent, sales/business development and other critical roles
  • Monitor the functionality of enabling talent acquisition technology and work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure optimum performance through regular upgrades and renewal as needed
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to curate an effective onboarding process, prior to joining and during the initial period of employment. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to support strategic workforce planning and succession planning
  • Lead and develop all team members (solid line and dotted line) to ensure they perform to the requirements of their role and realise their potential for career progression
  • Where needed, contribute to ad hoc projects in Human Resources for profitable business growth

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Leadership of talent acquisition functions, with exposure to various operating models
  • Experience in executive search and talent mapping
  • Responsibility for entire regional talent acquisition function
  • Exposure to multi-national environments essential with track-record in a regional role
  • Confident to excel in matrix and dynamic organization to support multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in generalist HR, preferred but not essential
