REFORM Digital specialises in helping brands launch marketing campaigns, be it digital or through traditional media. We strive to help brands create high-impact marketing campaigns and, along the way, win some awards :)

What does a KOL & Digital Business Development (KSBD) do?

As a KOL & Digital Business Development Junior, you are responsible to masterfully unearth hidden gems of potential clients and forging great client connections in the wild landscape of the marketing world.

You are to introduce our company and the unique solutions we offer to new and unchartered prospect brands, businesses and media agencies and secure discovery meetings.

This role requires you to be comfortable in making consistent cold calls to new brands and agencies, set up meetings to share our marketing solutions and build great client connections! Don't worry, training will be provided; if this is your first time.

This role is open to those who have 0 - 2 years in Business Development experience selling media or marketing solutions towards brands and advertising/media/brand agencies; and are wanting to further gain experience and learning in the art of cold calling, prospecting and generating ideal leads for REFORM. (We've worked with Mobile Legends, Marina Bay Sands, Gauthmath App, United International Pictures, CIMB and more!)

As this is a Business Development role, you will need to have tenacity, strong mental fortitude, discipline, resilience, and a whole lot of positive attitude.

Possible Career Progression

Salary Range

This is a entry-level job, so the salary range would be between RM2,500 - RM3,000 (only if you're real good!)

Where is the Company Now?

We have grown from 3 to 21 people in five years and greatly diversified our offering.
