  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging used in beverage production, aligning with company plans and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong partnerships. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing for raw materials to optimize procurement costs and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all raw materials meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with supply chain and planning teams to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing stockouts and excess.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing teams to support new product development and optimize existing formulations.
  • As the lead and first hire of the procurement team, recruit dedicated procurement executives to join the growing team and provide training to get them up to speed with the ongoing processes set up by you.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience within the FMCG sector, with a focus on beverages and raw materials.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts
  • Possess advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Has knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards related to food and beverage products.
