  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, as most of our clients are Mandarin speakers.
  • Strong understanding of operations, sales strategies, merchandising, and customer service principles.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including effective communication, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
