Job Responsibility
- Developing and Overseeing Marketing Campaigns to Promote Company Product and Services.
- Generating and Executing Marketing Campaigns Across Social Media Platform.
- To ensure customer request, inquiries and complaints are well attended and responded in timely manner.
- Prompt follow up for all sales leads by phone, email, social media, etc.
- To develop strong business building relationships with existing and new customer base.
- Actively promote products and services of the company to customers and merchants.
- Develop and execute a content strategy across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Create high-quality, compelling content such as social media posts, videos, visual assets, blog posts, etc.
- Manage all company social media channels to ensure a consistent brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Analyse content and campaign performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements
- Work with internal team and external agencies to create visually appealing content.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and impactful.
- Assist in any ad-hoc task or projects assigned by Management of company.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing/Mass Communications/Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 2Â Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Able to work under pressure and work in speed
- English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin speaking and writing skill.
- Excellent communication skills
