I'm looking for a Marketing Manager who is not afraid to push boundaries and be fully responsible for our marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to oversee a wide spectrum of marketing activities from online campaigns to events to social media to advertising to public relations. A team of specialists will report to you.

If you are keen to come on board, you'll report to me, the Chief Strategy Officer, and I will not be micromanaging you. Far from it - I'll support you to establish the marketing strategies and initiatives, then I'll hand over the reins. It doesn't mean I won't be here to run alongside, just that you'll have autonomy to drive your baby.

Basically, you will:

  • Set up marketing campaigns that resonate with our clientele and spotlight our brand.
  • Guide your crew of marketers, instilling unity and inspiring innovation.
  • Map out and materialise promotional events that mark our presence in the market.
  • Plot the course for corporate promotions and product unveilings.
  • Work with our product principals to drive marketing campaigns, leveraging on marketing development funds.
  • Increase our brand awareness, locally and internationally. We're poised to grow abroad.
  • Utilise media and modern technologies (automation & AI) to achieve the desired outcomes.

The marketing team is primarily responsible for generating leads to help the sales team. It is also the communications conduit between the company and the outside world.
