  • Act as the point of contact between the colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM
  • Proficiency in English / Bahasa Malaysia and preferably Mandarin too (*not compulsory)
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of e-Invoice would be an added advantage
  • Reasonable comprehension of office management systems and procedures
