Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nasdaq Trader to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for trading in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute trades on the Nasdaq exchange while managing risk and maximizing returns.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to inform trading strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts and market commentaries.
  • Analyse stock performance and develop trading models to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with other traders and analysts to share insights and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of trades and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Must have proven experience in trading, particularly on the Nasdaq exchange.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trading (in any major exchange)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in trading software and tools.
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and make quick decisions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with risk management strategies.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

  • Working hours are late night shift following the trading hours (930pm to 4am)
