Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM leaver.
- Â Required language(s): Mandarin or English (Spoken) with minimum RM2800 Basic Salary
- Must be of Malaysian nationality.
- ï¸ Training provided - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
Job Qualifications:
- ï¸ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- ï¸ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
