  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and oversee the testing processes for software solutions within our finance sector projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective test strategies, managing test teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in line with industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure software quality.
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate and manage test teams, both in-house and outsourced, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Utilize JIRA and Xray for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ensure testing processes comply with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Drive test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve product quality and testing processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of test outcomes, track test progress, and manage risks related to testing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager in the finance sector (10 years)
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Xray for test case management and defect tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience with managing diverse teams, including offshore resources.
  • Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements and their impact on testing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with finance software platforms and applications.
