Job Description
- Inbound sales Agent who generates revenue by converting prospects into customers.
Requirements
Based on experience this minimum set of skills has been found successful for performing the Service:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Min 3-5 years of direct end customer sales experience preferably inside sales/telesales
- 1-2 years experience in IT H/W Print/PC CC sales [end to end]
- Advanced English Proficiency on Verbal and Expert Level for Chat
- Experience in SFDC and Other CRM platform is an advantage
- Worked in highly measured sales environment. Contact Rate, Conversion
- Typing speed: 40 words per min
- Proven aptitude to understand and converse about consumer technology
- Demonstrated familiarity with use of a computer, the internet and MS Office applications
- Ability to demonstrate proficient selling techniques including discovery, closing and overcoming objections
- Excellent conversational English verbal communication, listening and comprehension skills
- Soft skills – selling techniques, professionalism, customer service, telephone time management

Responsibilities
- Proficient use of selling skills to ensure consumers are sold the right products and services
- Cross/up-sell products and services
- Provide comparative and competitive product information about consumer products
- Promote product brand by inspiring and educating customers
- Take product orders and process financial transactions (credit cards and financing applications)
- Assist customers with web based interactions
- Capture customer profile information and interaction history
- Provide referrals to other product and third party organizations as needed
- Pass leads to the appropriate sales manager
- Provide order related assistance to customers
- Report web related problems or errors to products on a timely basis
- Subscribe customers to email newsletter or other direct marketing tools
