Innoquest Pathology is a multidisciplinary clinical laboratory in Malaysia with both College of American Pathology (CAP) and MS ISO15189 accreditations. Our advanced diagnostic testing methods and technology serve clinicians, hospitals, medical centres, and patients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Executive at Innoquest Pathology in Petaling Jaya. The Marketing Executive will be responsible in strengthening social presence and engagement to enhance brand affinity, in addition to providing support for day-to-day marketing operation tasks, product development, and special projects.

- Manage and grow social community and engagement

2. Analytical Dynamo:

- Dive deep into social media metrics to measure performance and success. Transform data into insightful narratives, providing actionable initiatives that elevate Innoquest’s digital footprint and enhance our social presence and engagement.

3. Collaborative Innovator:

- Partner with cross-functional departments to bring passion projects to fruition. Assist in guiding these initiatives to commercial readiness, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

4. Agile Supporter:

- Embrace versatility and agility by supporting additional portfolios and tasks as assigned. Your proactive attitude will be pivotal in adapting to our evolving marketing landscape.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science Marketing / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience with a focus on social media management.

- Experienced in using Canva and WordPress

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative content strategies.

- Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional communication, and organizational skills.

- A proactive, good energy, can-do attitude with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and digital innovation.
