Position Overview: The Executive Assistant & In-House Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and managing the company’s marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Website Content Management: Keep website content up to date and relevant; work with the marketing team to enhance user experience.
  • Event Coordination: Organize in-house digital training events for corporate clients, manage logistics, and help create marketing materials for events.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
