Position based in Petaling Jaya.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requisition, invoicing, expense tracking, and contract management.
  • Coordinate any other administrative related arrangements needed by the project team.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Prepare and distribute project updates and status reports

Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
