  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

· Own overall relationship with assigned Healthcare/B2B/B2C Research and consulting clients.

· Develop business relationship and new client interaction.

· Aid clients in achieving their goals. Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.

· Generate revenue from online/offline research, manage interviewers, conduct interviews, collect data, perform secondary research on the internet, and generate leads.

· The ability to grow business relationships, manage multiple clients and projects under tight deadlines.

· Willing to travel to meet clients, attending the conferences globally in the US, UK, Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, etc.

· Proactively communicating with clients about Monitor Global’s services and understand their business needs, including regular newsletters.

· Deliver client work that showcases the value of Asia Monitor solutions.

· Maintain and continue to grow Asia Monitor’s industry-leading client satisfaction and retention rates.

· Manage online/offline projects and ensure projects are delivered sucessfully.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

· Experience in Market Research or consulting.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.

· Must be able to understand Chinese/ Malay.
