  • To assist daily accounting & administration, data entry, filling & documentation, receiving calls & etc.
  • To assist in account transactions, account checking, verification & follow up.
  • To prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment; prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts).
  • Liaise with customers on billing issues.
  • Liaise with suppliers in discrepancies in invoice.
  • To maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping.
  • To support general admin and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Well-versed in MS Office, MS Word & Excel, SQL accounting software
