Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Category Director/ Manager you will be responsible for :

-Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals;

-Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews for the Women’s Clothing category;

-Developing understanding of Women’s Clothing category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada;

-Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention;

-Working with cross-functional teams to execute on campaigns and strategic projects;
